This is hands down one of the best Indian Places in Colorado. Everytime I go somewhere else, nothing but disappointment. The staff there are so kind, the food is fresh and delicious. The best dish to me is the tandoori chicken but so is the butter chicken and the lamb Rogan Josh. The inside is dimly lit with a quiet feel. I can't stand bright restaurants, so I love to come here. So good. If my back wasn't already so big, I would eat here multiple times a week.

Solid menu of Indian dishes. More rice comes when served dining in but takeout service isn't too bad. Fast service. Great butter chicken

Lunch buffet was awesome and was reasonably priced. My favorites were the hot tea,mango dessert, and the tandoori chicken. They had a full bar, but I wasn't up for a drink yet. The service was fine and we were seated quickly. Note that the bathroom is outside, shared with a few of the other businesses there, I assume.

Excellent food. Best Indian food in the area. Service was ok. Had a person with us that tried Indian food for the first time and loved it.

Tamarind is truly the best restaurant in castle rock. Their food is amazing and their buffet is such a treat every weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone! The masala and chai tea is a 10/10

Omg! The food was so, so good I forgot to take pics. We had the veg & beef samosa, the shrimp korma apps. For our entree, we had shrimp Masala and chicken curry w/ two types of naan. The cheese and garlic naan & the garlic naan. I'm floored that the food was just as good as the first time that we visited 7 years ago. An unassuming, but worth the visit.

While we've never dined in at this restaurant, we've ordered pick-up several times and have never been disappointed. Service is quick, the staff are pleasant, but even if they weren't, the food is so good it wouldn't matter. I do look forward to eating there as the ambiance looks really nice - maybe we'll eat there sometime when we don't have a picky six year old with us. :) Admittedly, we haven't tried too many items on the menu, but we love their butter chicken, all of their naan flavors, the veggie samosa, and their biryani are all delicious! Best Indian food in Castle Rock, hands down!

Tamarind is my Go-To Indian in Castle Rock. I'm sure all the other great reviews tell you all about the food, so you've heard enough of that. But also - The people running this restaurant are just fantastic. All around nice people. I've never encountered a frowny-face here. One time I was waiting a bit for my pickup order (I placed it from the car out front haha) and the employee noticed me waiting and watching the tv. He wordlessly appeared with a. Complimentary cup of (really good!) hot Chai for me, pulled out a barstool for me, and smiled as he gestured at the football game on the TV. It's the little things people. I've been happily enjoying Tamarind's food and great employees for nearly 5 years now.

Anytime that I ever want some good Indian food, this is the first place I want to go to. The food is excellent, whether you get the buffet at lunch, or order your meal at dinner. Pretty much everything off the menu you will love, we regularly go with the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and samosas. The service is great, they took the time to really talk with my kids, help them find what they liked, and made sure they had a great time. This is a place that I'll keep coming back to.
